Product Description
The iconic era of Ferrari dominance and the people involved.
After too many years without a championship - a project to get them back there was born.
Whilst the fruit was not seen until the year 2000, this project started in the mid 1990's and the success can be attributed to a plethora of high-profile team members - and this has been signed by all of them.
Jean Todt
The first non-Italian born team principle since 1972 was signed to head up the Scuderia in 1994. The Frenchman went about setting the foundations for the golden years that were yet to come.
The facilities were updated, and procedures were modernised to increase the efficiency of the manufacturing and design. Todt was also responsible for several key signings to the team that elevated them to the top.
Ross Brawn
Ross Brawn was signed as technical director for the 1997 season. The British engineer worked with Benetton during the same years as Michael Schumacher but stayed a year longer.
Brawn was renowned throughout the grid for his incredible capabilities and masterclass in strategies.
Eddie Irvine
'Fast Eddie' was signed to drive for Ferrari for the start of the 1996 season.
The Irishman had an incredible start to life at Maranello as he took a podium at Albert Park in his first race with his new team. Eddie Irvine was also a fundamental team player as he helped to develop the car.
In 1999, when Schumacher broke his leg at the British GP - Eddie comfortably took on the lead driver role as he took Ferrari to their first constructor's title since 1983.
Niki Lauda
Niki Lauda won two of his three World Championships with Ferrari in 1975 and 1977 - famously missing out on the 1976 title to James Hunt, despite his horrendous crash in Germany.
The Austrian then returned to Marenello in an advisory position - to help elevate the team into their golden years.
Michael Schumacher
The last, but certainly not least, signature you'll find on this flag is that of a certain seven-time World Champion by the name of Michael Schumacher.
The driver joined after back-to-back World Championships with Benetton in 1994 &1995 - and started work to bring the Italians back to the top for the 1996 season.
The signing of Schumacher was a crucial part of bringing Ferrari back to the top.
Schumacher's record is known by everyone.
The legend himself has signed this Flag.
