Product Description
We are proud to present this special edition Mclaren MCL36 Full-Size Steering Wheel Model which has been signed by McLaren driver, Lando Norris, as well at the CEO, Zak Brown. The model was hand-signed at the McLaren Technology Centre on the 30th of January 2023. Each model is furnished with a special individually numbered plaque to highlight its exclusivity, with only ten models being made.

In the hands of Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo, the MCL36 was McLaren's response to the new era of regulations which aimed to provide closer racing and more on-track action for fans. The MCL36 was designed under the leadership of Technical Director James Key and featured several dramatic changes compared to its predecessor, MCL35M. The return of ground-effect to Formula 1 changed the fundamental philosophy of the car and was part of new regulations aimed at improving racing by reducing the amount of disrupted airflow generated by the cars.
Norris scored points at seventeen races and also provided McLaren's highest point of the season, earning the team's 494th podium finish with a third place at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix in Imola. The McLaren F1 team finished the 2022 season 5th in the Constructors' Championship, after securing 159 points, with 133 of those being secured by Norris. Norris also managed to secure 2 fastest laps in Monaco, one of the most prestigious races on the F1 calendar, and Abu Dhabi.
This fine full-scale replica is of the McLaren MCL36 steering wheel was handcrafted and finished in the Amalgam workshops with the cooperation, assistance and endorsement of McLaren Racing. Each replica is complete with working buttons, switches and paddles and has been handcrafted utilising original CAD data supplied directly by McLaren Racing. It has undergone strict scrutiny by both the design and engineering teams to ensure complete accuracy in both weight and look and feel.
This model has been hand-signed by Lando Norris and CEO of McLaren Racing, making it the perfect collectible for fans to add to their collection.

WHAT IS A STRAIGHT BID?
A straight bid is a one-time amount, that represents the price you are committing to bid. The price that is entered as a straight bid can be any amount that is equal to, or greater than the current amount plus the minimum increment.
This amount will become the new current bid amount of the item (i.e. the item is £100. A straight bid is placed at £200. The item price is now £200).
If there is a maximum bid on the item, the greater of the straight bid and maximum bid will be the highest bid amount.
If a straight bid and a maximum bid are placed at the same value, the bid that is placed earlier will become the winning bid.
WHAT IS A MAXIMUM BID?
This system offers a convenient bidding system option, so you don't have to continuously login to re-bid. When you place a maximum bid, you are entering the highest price you are willing to pay for an item. Your maximum bid is kept confidential until it is exceeded by another bidder.
When a maximum bid is placed, the system will place bids on your behalf at the bid increment amount above the current high bid. The system will bid by the increment to ensure you remain the highest bidder or to meet the reserve price (if applicable), up to your maximum bid amount.
If and only if duplicate maximum bids are entered, the customer who entered the maximum bid first will get priority and will be the winning bidder.
If another bidder places a higher bid above your maximum bid, you will be emailed to login and place another bid.
